Brodie Arnhold

Chairman and Non-Executive Director

Brodie has over 15 years domestic and international experience in private equity, investment banking and corporate finance. Prior to his current role as Chairman of iSelect Limited, he was the CEO of iSelect Limited and prior to that the CEO of Melbourne Racing Club for four years. He worked for Investec Bank from 2010-2013 where he was responsible for building a high-net-worth private client business. Prior to this, Brodie worked for Westpac Banking Corporation where he grew the institutional bank’s presence in Victoria, South Australia and Western Australia, and from 2006-2010 held the role of Investment Director at Westpac’s private equity fund. Brodie is also currently a non-executive director of Bailador Technology Investments Limited.

Brodie is a member of Shaver Shop’s Audit and Risk Management Committee as well as its Nomination and Remuneration Committee.

Cameron Fox

Cameron Fox

CEO and Managing Director

Cameron has over 25 years’ experience working across the personal care and grooming industry. Cameron joined Shaver Shop as General Manager in 2006 before being appointed to the position of Chief Executive Officer in July 2008. Cameron previously worked for Gillette Australia for a period of 10 years. During his time at Gillette Australia, Cameron held various roles, including Associate Product Manager, Business Analyst, National Account Manager and National Sales Manager.

Craig Mathieson

Non-Executive Director

Craig became a director of Shaver Shop Pty Ltd in June 2011. Craig is the Chief Executive Officer of the Mathieson Group which has diverse business interests from company investment to property development. From 2001 to 2007 Craig was the Managing Director of DMS Glass Pty Ltd which was the largest privately-owned glass manufacturer in Australia.

Craig is the Chairman of Shaver Shop’s Audit and Risk Management Committee.

Trent Peterson

Trent Peterson

Non-Executive Director

Trent is a managing director and partner at Catalyst Investment Managers and has over 15 years’ experience as a company director and private equity investor. He is currently a Director of Adairs Limited, dusk Group Limited and Universal Store Holdings Limited. He was a former director of Just Group, Global Television, EziBuy, Max Fashions, Power Farming, Metro GlassTech, Moraitis Group, Taverner Hotel Group, SkyBus and Australian Discount Retail. Trent is also a non-executive director of the Ascham Foundation and Gathermycrew.org .

Trent is the Chairman of Shaver Shop’s Nomination and Remuneration Committee and is also a member of the Audit and Risk Management Committee.

Debra Singh

Non-Executive Director

Debra Singh has a wealth of retail experience gained while working within the Woolworth’s group across supermarkets, operations and consumer electronics. Debra has also held key leadership roles as COO and Group CEO at Fantastic Holdings Limited as well as Group CEO Household Goods at Greenlit Brands. In addition to Shaver Shop, Debra is a non-executive director of G8 Education Limited.

Debra is a member of Shaver Shop’s Audit and Risk Management Committee as well as its Nomination and Remuneration Committee.

Cameron has approximately 30 years’ experience working across the personal care and grooming industry. Cameron joined Shaver Shop as General Manager in 2006 before being appointed to the position of Chief Executive Officer in July 2008. Alan Joyce

Larry Hamson

Chief Financial Officer

Larry joined Shaver Shop in April 2016. He has more than 20 years’ experience in senior finance roles held across Australia, Asia, North America and the UK.

Prior to joining Shaver Shop, he was Chief Financial Officer of Dun & Bradstreet in Australia and New Zealand as well as Asia and has worked for PricewaterhouseCoopers in Corporate Recovery Services, NM Rothschild & Sons in its venture capital division as well as Mayne Group Limited, Hospira, Inc. and Solar Systems Pty Ltd.

Larry is a Chartered Accountant (Canada) and Chartered Financial Analyst and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (Hons) from Wilfrid Laurier University (Canada).

Rita Najmeddine

Rita Najmeddine

Chief Human Resources Officer

Rita Najmeddine has been with Shaver Shop since 2012, building her career within the business across a series of progressive HR leadership roles. Beginning as General Manager of Human Resources, Rita was appointed Director of Human Resources in 2015 before being elevated to her current position as Chief Human Resources Officer in 2025. In this role, she provides strategic HR leadership to the business, drawing on over 20 years of experience and expertise gained in prior senior roles at Chemist Warehouse and ANZ Banking Corporation. Rita holds an MBA and is currently completing the Certificate of Executive Leadership Program at Harvard, with completion expected in 2028.

Philip Tine

Retail Director

Philip joined Shaver Shop April 2017, with more than 20 years in Retail Operations experience.

Prior to joining Shaver Shop, he worked at Priceline Pharmacy as National Operations Manager working across a number of departments within API and with Luxottica within the OPSM brand as a Retail Business Manager.

Andrea Atamian

Andrea Atamian

General Manager Property

Andrea commenced at Shaver Shop in September 2008 and is currently General Manager Property. She has over 20 years of retail experience with previous roles in management positions at API, Global Retail Pty Ltd and Hairhouse Warehouse.

Andrea holds a Bachelor of Business from RMIT and a Diploma of Franchise Business from the Australian Institute of Management.

David Grant

David Grant

General Manager Business Development

David Grant brings a distinguished retail career spanning over two decades to his role as Vice President of Global Sourcing at Shaver Shop, which he joined in 2023. David is no stranger to Shaver Shop, having previously served as General Manager of Buying and Marketing from 2010 to 2013, giving him a deep understanding of the business and its product categories. In the intervening years, David held senior leadership roles at Wahl Clipper Corporation, including Managing Director and CEO for Australia and New Zealand, and most recently President of Wahl Asia Pacific. Earlier in his career, David held senior merchandise and buying roles at Price Attack and Sports Power, where he developed strong commercial acumen and supplier relationship expertise across large and complex portfolios. His breadth of experience across sourcing, buying, and general management makes him a valuable member of the Shaver Shop leadership team.

Carleen Harawira

Carleen Harawira

General Manager, Marketing and Customer Experience

Carleen Harawira joined Shaver Shop in 2024 as General Manager of Marketing and Customer Experience, bringing with her a wealth of experience across some of Australia's most recognised retail and consumer brands. With a career spanning over two decades, Carleen has built deep expertise in brand strategy, CRM, customer experience, and marketing transformation. Prior to joining Shaver Shop, she held senior marketing leadership roles at Bunnings, including Head of Brand, and has also held positions at Priceline, Myer, and Yellow Pages. Carleen is known for her ability to blend data-driven thinking with brand strategy to deliver meaningful customer experiences.

Brigitte Bloomfield

Brigitte Bloomfield

Head of Buying

Brigitte Bloomfield joined Shaver Shop in 2024 as Senior Category Manager before being appointed Head of Buying in early 2025. Brigitte brings extensive retail buying and category management experience, having spent over seven years at Priceline progressing from Beauty Advisor through to Category Manager. Prior to joining Shaver Shop, she also served as Global Sales Director at who is elijah. Brigitte holds an Associate's degree in Fashion and Textile Merchandising from RMIT University, underpinning her strong commercial acumen and deep understanding of consumer behaviour and product trends.

Rita Najmeddine

Kathleen Radford

Head of Value Chain & Warehouse Operations

Kathleen Radford joined Shaver Shop in April 2012, bringing five years of hands-on experience managing a Victorian franchise store. Since joining the National Support Office, Kathleen has built a broad and well-rounded understanding of the business, having worked across Retail Operations, Buying, Marketing, and Customer Service. She now leads the value chain area in her role as Head of Value Chain & Warehouse Operations, drawing on her deep operational knowledge and tenure within the business. Kathleen holds an Advanced Diploma in Retail Management.

Rhys Dryzek

Rhys Dryzek

National Training Manager and Special Projects

Rhys began his Shaver Shop journey in 2010 as a casual team member across ACT stores, and has since built an impressive career within the business spanning nearly 15 years. Progressing through Store Manager, Area Manager, and Regional Manager roles across the ACT, New Zealand, Northern Territory, South Australia, and Western Australia, Rhys developed a deep and broad understanding of Shaver Shop's operations. He went on to take on national responsibilities as Operations and Training Manager before moving into his current role as National Training Manager and Special Projects, where he is focused on building and supporting the continued growth of the TRANSFORM-U brand.
